Delivery of theatrical decorations to Brest and their return

Task:  To carry out the delivery of theatrical decorations to Brest (Belarus) for a theater festival for a performance. After the event, you can also pick up the decorations on time and return them back.

Route: Achinsk – Brest - Achinsk

Cargo: Theatrical sets and costumes for the performance.

Problem: The theater festival began and ended on a certain date, the delay of transport even for a day could disrupt the production; in addition, the theater decorations have non-standard dimensions, which had to be taken into account when preparing for transportation.

Solution: A special scheme of interaction with the customer was organized, which made it possible to deliver theater props on time, and then return them back to the walls of their native theater, while the theater troupe traveled to its destination and back by air. The result is an ovation from a grateful audience to the troupe of the Siberian Theater.
